Once your car is at our shop, we can begin to find out if the problem is in the transmission and what exactly is causing the problem. It covers towing, parts and labor to remove, disassemble and inspect the transmission for diagnosis. When we get authorization from you to continue with an internal inspection, we can then let you know exactly how much it will cost for all repairs to your car to get your transmission back to proper working order. Sometimes a faulty TCM can cause internal damage to your transmission and may need to be reprogrammed or even replaced. These costs are extra.
